Vietnam's economy has experienced the most challenging periods in the history of development since very first year of implementation of innovation policy 1986 until golden growth period of 2000 - 2007. The key events associated with the development of the Vietnamese economy has created a special market economy and is in the process of transforming. The growth of our country has gained remarkable achievements. However, a developing economy and the transformation has created many difficulties to valuate of asset, causing many inadequate value for products and services that our communities have to pay. It destroyed the sustainable development of individuals and organizations as well as the overall market.

With the perspective of a valuer and finance advisor, we look at the economy or any components are involved in the market are required to comply with the principle of the " intrinsic value" as a natural characteristic of itself, and object can exist only when it creates value.
